I bought this peppermint spray primarily to ward off or do away with "Brown Marmorated Stink Bugs." These pests get really widespread in the summer months. At the worst, they show up all over the exterior walls like dinosaur-era cockroaches. Often they'll be in hard to reach places. So I can spray this peppermint oil at them, and it makes them fall to the deck or cement, where I can manually capture or destroy them. I don't think it really kills them, but it repels them and gives me a weapon to use for trying to keep their population down. They have no natural enemies (except for the Japanese wasp, not available in the USA). They are highly invasive, and even hid themselves in my outdoor sauna! they occasionally get into the house, like in my bed or toothbrush. So I have to be very aware and careful. This peppermint spray is an excellent product for helping me to eliminate these annoying, ugly pests! (bonus -- I also scare away squirrels with it, because they are always trying to eat up all my bird food.)

Smells more like water, not very pepperminty smelling. Sprayer leaks when using from several different places, no matter how tight the fittings are , still leaks. And it doesn’t deter insects or pest. I still see the same amount of bugs. Definitely not worth buying. I would give a zero, but it doesn’t give you the option.

This is a really great product. I only took 1 star off as there was no seal on the bottle, though the information said to remove before use. The product came in a bag inside the box hand tied off and it leaked, so there was substantial product loss. Had that been a brand new bottle I doubt that would have happened. This is my only reason for 4 stars. Had it been a full and new bottle, I would give it 5 stars.

Absolutely works against wasps. Have to reapply often but they hate it. Kept my horse hay bale pile wasp free this summer and extra bonus, horses love the flavor and the barn smells fantastic.

It doesn't have an overwhelming minty scent. It works but isn't as effective as some other oil based products.

It really does help keep bugs out of the places you do not want them. I didn't think the Peppermint smell would last as long as it did, it lasted for a whole 24 hours with a nice pleasant smell, and my dog loved it too. I didn't have to worry about it effecting her coat at all as she ran under the sprayer a time or two. It's very well worth the money and it's doing what I needed it to do. Help keep those pesky bugs out.
