Prompt delivery. Took 45 minutes to build. Feels like it is working all muscles. Easy to fold up. Was hoping to store behind a door but a little too bulky for that. Overall really pleased and would recommend.

Right this machine is amazingly good. Firstly, delivery, it came four days early by courier and was very well and sturdily packaged. All of the bits in clearly marked packets. It took about 15 minutes to put it together on my own using the very clear instructions. [the necessary spanners ARE included in the pack] So literally 20 minutes after signing for it I was using it for the first time! It is amazingly sturdy and stable. Very solid. Basically just about the easiest piece of equipment I have ever used! It's even easier to get the hang of than a Bodyblade and that's saying something! You get on it and just ride up and down, pulling with your arms [which exercise the arms, back and upper body by simply changing hand position/grip] and pushing with your legs [which exercises the quads, hips and core. It's like doing a bodyweight leg press, front squat and row all at the same time. It is misleadingly taxing, it looks so easy but the first time I struggled to get through a simple minute! After one week however my entire bodyshape is tightening by simply using it several times an evening in little three minute burst - yes, I built my time by using it during every ad break! It doesn't take up much space and folds to a very decent 'not quite but almost' flat [about 5 inches depth] so is easy to put away when not in use. It folds/unfolds for use in about 10 seconds. So when not in use it just sits under the sofa! I'm re-habing my knee's from surgery at the moment and this 'impact free' machine is working wonders. As an old school meathead I never thought I'd say it but...this is possibly the best machine I have ever paid money for! Don't hang about, just buy one - you won't regret it.

Rubbish machine do not buy

i could visualize by looking at the action of this machine where this machine would target and it did just what i expected it doesnt work every single muscle but with a variation of different positiins i have no doubt it will make a quick difference to my shape while giving a cardio workout not amazing quality but good enough for the price and folds away would recomend i actually want to use it it has anice satisfying movement thats actually quite easy but targets well just focus on the muscle and find the angle to target its easy to work out

It’s a good piece I found it easy to assemble. I just started using it I can’t talk about any changes in my body but so far I can say that if you use it regularly by starting 10-15 min first three days and gradually adding more minutes. I’m very sure that you will get the results that you loooking for. When I exercise I can feel the pressure on my arms, legs, back .I would recommend it but you must work out as much as you can. So it’s up to you. More you exercise better result you will see.

Bought this and really enjoyed using it until a week in the foot paddle kept coming off.would need to fix this defect.

Very unhelpful and it is a waste of money

After seeing this advertised and demonstrated on Ideal World we decided to buy this and have not been disappointed.Had to start very slowly, in 3 minute sessions. It is exactly as advertised, you feel the results on different muscle groups immediately, a sort of satisfied ache initially!Folds up quickly and easily, stores in understair cupboard againt the wall.Little fiddly to build initially, but can be done by one personThoroughly recommended.

ho comprato questo prodotto con qualche dubbio, non ero prorpio convinto dell'utilita. Ma dopo qualche settimana , e dopo averlo testato piu profondamente posso dire di essere pienamente soddisfatto. ottimo

E' un buon prodotto per un neofita del fitness che soprattutto ha poco tempo da dedicare allo sport, per capirsi una media di massimo 20 minuti al giorno. Ideale per quelle donne che vogliono ritrovare la forma dopo un parto e che per cause di forza maggiore non possono andare in palestra, l'attrezzo è arrivato in ottime condizioni ed entro i tempi prestabiliti, lo sconsiglio per un veterano del fitness in quanto lo sforzo che produce non è molto accentuato e quindi non indicato per chi già frequenta una palestra da anni

il prodotto è buono sono ancora agli inizi ma è arrivato con pedale rotto e manubrio e sellino tagliati sembra un prodotto usato e reimballato

Che dire, ho ordinato Total Crunch lunedì verso l'ora di pranzo e martedì pomeriggio lo avevo già ricevuto. Mai una consegna così rapida e precisa!Per quanto riguarda il prodotto, purtroppo la farfallina che blocca il sellino era spanata, così ne ho dovuta comprare una nuova, ma per il resto nessun problema.Devo dire che è bello faticoso, ancora devo usarlo costantemente, ma posso dire che funziona.

Sembra funzionare ma sono all'inizio dell'uso. E' facile da assemblare, e il sedile è regolabile. Con poche flessioni si sentono che i muscoli lavorano, proprio come nella pubblicità. E' un po' presto per valutare l'effetto sui muscoli al lungo termine. l'importante è continuare per verificare!
