cant really comment as was bought for a friend but have had no complaints

I was a hairdresser for 40 years, and at age 56 am proud to say I have a full head of hair.Although over time it has grown thinner especially at the front, so much so that at times, you can see my scalp. So I washed and dried my hair and applied a small amount to the front. What a difference, after brushing it in my hair looks fuller and thicker, and you can no longer see my scalp. Very impressed and while I used the medium brown version and can't speak for the others, I have recommended it to 2 of my former clients. I will only use it about once a week so it should last me around 12 months.

Have tried quite a few of these hair fibres and this one does a reasonable job at a good price. I ordered light brown which is the best shade for my medium/dark blonde hair. If your hair is actually a light brown I would go for a darker shade. My hair is fine and has some thinning patches, this product helps a lot.

This product is okay. I will keep as a standby. Spend the extra and buy a better quality product

It's difficult to review this.It's one of those items that I've never bought before so I haven't got anything to base it against.It definitely does add volume to your hair and gives it a fuller appearance. I'm not sure that it's to the levels that you see on the promo materials but there is something to it.Once on the powder does stay quite well. I didn't buy any additional spray for it to "set" but I personally don't think it needs it.Would buy again.

My partner applied it on my head in our bedroom, as a manic mickeytaking grin permanently stuck to her face...I decided to test it 'in public'.... so we went out, Sunday night, round the corner to the pub. Walking down the street she said "I hate to say it, but it looks brilliant, your circular monk's patch (which she's kept quiet about till now) has gone and it looks totally natural..."In the boozer we met a couple of people less than half our age... we started talking... and the nice young lady complimented me on my full head of hair and how lustrous it was ("Well at least you've got all of your own hair.") My girlfriend and I fell about laughing, I let the cat out of the bag and fessed up... These two people were amazed and started closely examining my head. They were astounded... they could not see the 'hair dust'... and had to be convinced that I'd put hair talcum powder on my head and welded it on with hairspray. Good product.

I was sceptical to buy these fibres having had no experience using them before. I have thinning hair along my parting and at 26 years old it is quite distressing. I hate to be photographed as all i see is white scalp and I'm always repositioning my hair to ensure maximum coverage. The fibres come in a little shaker and you basically use them like you would a salt shaker. The colour I chose was a very good match for my hair and blended in seamlessly. I would advise using a hairspray to set them into your hair. When I'm wearing them I feel so much more confident because my scalp is much less noticeable. A lite goes a long way, this will last a while.
