Just ordered a 2nd one; my granddaughter and I are having jumping competitions (I'm winning so far but as she (and I) age, it's inevitable that she will be winning shortly....I'm a grandpa; she is six. Well made, easily adjustable (loosen the end screws, adjust cable length) and fast and easy to "twirl". Only caveat is the six year old "twirls" the cable at high speed (I jump much slower) and she clipped herself with the cable. I fabricated another jump rope for her out of 5/8" diameter nylon braid rope until she improves....then she can revert to this one, which is an excellent jump rope.Great exercise!

The jump rope is amazing! Only thing I warn you fellow jump ropers is to make sure that the screws are on tight!!!! I cannot emphasize that enough. I've had a screw fly across the gym because I failed to tighten it enough. Luckily I was able to find it as it was in an obvious place. Once I made sure it was tightened, never had any other problems.

Comes with two separate cables that are easily interchangeable, as well as plenty of spare screws and end caps for the wire in case you lose them. The cable rope is very strong, so it takes a good amount of effort to cut it with wire clippers once you adjust to your size. I'll have to see how it holds up after long periods of use with to the rubber coating on the rope wearing off, but so far its been very nice to use. Ball-bearings also are of good quality, and are smooth with the rope turns.

I hate crappy jump ropes, it makes is os difficult. This is by far the best one I have ever bought. It is super easy to adjust the length with thumb screws that can be easily turned and don't come loose on their own. Handle feels great and you have your choice of the heavy vinyl rope or a vinyl coated stainless steel cable. Nice bag too.

Comes with an extra rope in a different color, and a pouch which is handy. Have been using it for a long time now and it’s great. Highly recommend.

mine came with two cables, a red and black one, not sure what's the difference between the two but i suppose it's nice knowing that i will have a spare cable.

The rope keeps getting twisted when I use it.

If your not a lil shrimp and grab it to hard and speed rope real quick the material they use on the handles are garbage they fell apart and I have to tighten the screws to it and kinda put em back together but hell I can still rope so they do the job
