It's comfortable, easy to use. I love that it costs less than the truck stop headsets. I can clearly hear voice calls. Audio for music is low quality, but adequate.

My husband is a trucker. That being said, these have a wonderful bluetooth range as well as the ability to silence background noise! Great product for a great price!

This headset has worked great for me, so far. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed initially that the earpiece did not totally enclose my ear; it sets on the ear. I thought this would be uncomfortable, but it was not. The earpiece cushion was very soft and did not result in any discomfort, even after hours of wearing it. The headset works great on my head even when wearing a ball cap...the adjustability great, and I have no complaints. The sound coming through the speaker seems to be very good, and when talking to other people on the phone, they can hear me loud and clear. Overall, I am very pleased with this headset quality and battery life...it goes a long time on a single charge.
