The media could not be loaded.  Initially, a complete nightmare. The App does NOT give you full configuration settings. It wouldn't record, none of the time settings updated properly. It was just a dumb camera.Do it in this order!!!1. Get the basic setup done in the app. You just want to see that it's online and working.2. Go to the web interface of the camera using PC/Tablet to configure everything from there.Used Chrome on my PC and navigated to the IP address shown in the app.Use the login details you created when you set it up initially.You can then set up everything as intended, including formatting your SD card, do all your settings, move the info tags about, set the date right, etc.You can also set timers, a privacy mask (handy of you don't want to record everything happening on the street for example.Now that's all done, it's records to the SD card as intended, quality itself is amazing once setup... Everything is now available through the app.And for just shy of £40 I'm super impressed with how easy it is to use.I have held off buying an NVR, glad I did.

The camera itself is quite plasticky (it is after all only £42 at the moment - so it's to be expected) - it connected easily via the SADP tool - and the 'human detection' and 'smart LED' seemed to work well - however whenever the human detection activated - it put a very annoying human graphic randomly on and around the movement resulting in the image attached. By default the shutter speed is set very low - but on increasing it to around 1/100 of a second - the night time images were excessively blurry, and couldn't make anything useful out - not sure if that's me in the image or King Kong. Could be either. I also noticed quite a bit of ghosting with moving subjects - considerably more than other well-known brands of cameras. I've used Annke cameras before - and they've been pretty good - but this one was quite a disappointment. It's packed up ready to return. It needs a bit of work on the image quality before it'll become anywhere near a decent image at night. I compared H264/265 plus and standard, and it was the same all round. Hope they'll put a bit of work into a decent software update to improve these issues.

The media could not be loaded.  Great picture quality and easy installation (plug&play). The person and vehicle detection works well enough to limit false alerts which was my intention for purchasing this product. You can then search playback videos specifically for any motion, people or vehicles independently or collectively, which is very handy. The only issue I have is that the camera comes without a power cable which this makes the installation to be delayed. I had to spend £15 extra money just for the power cable. I know this is mentioned "optional" in the description, but all together makes this camera too expensive £75... Therefore I will take off one star. Cheers

This is a great camera for the price.So If this is your first camera, it works in a standalone fashion with an app on your phone. but if you build a network of these up you can use a NVR and everything running from the same place.No Wifi on these units. but as they run over ethernet, I much prefer this as most if not all Wifi CCTV cameras work on the 2.4mhz band which firstly isnt that fast, but most importantly its over crowded. With this you’ll be getting no drops outs or times when the camera is simply is unavailable.Installation and setup up took no time at all and I got it up and running really quickly.Image quality is fab and night vision does the trick.Good setup
