Firstly I have to say that I'm a bit of a gadget fan and when I saw this it definitely appealed to that part of me. Having said that I still really love this item.When I got it I reviewed the keys on my existing key chain and realised I had a few on there that I didn't need and a couple that I couldn't even remember what locks they fitted!Even though I've reduced the load the Wunderkey is still a much better way of carrying the keys I actually need. I've a mortice lock key, the usual collection of Yale style keys as well as the USB stick and bottle opener included in the package.There have been a few comments on how fiddly it is to attach the keys etc. and to be honest it is a bit, but I found that it was best to plan which way to put the keys on to suit your usage, based on the key size, then fit one side at a time. For instance I decided to fit a mortice key and a couple of Yales on one side with the bottle opener and have another couple of Yales, the USB stick and the key ring on the other. This ensures I have all keys for the front of my property on one side and all keys for the rear on the other, so I can easily identify where each key will be. I also decided that rather than have keys share a layer I would have each one on it's own layer, so that it could swivel out unobstructed. This meant I would need to use more spacers and that would make stacking the keys a bit more unstable when putting them together.Once I had decided on this layout I then fitted all the relevant parts onto one side and loosely screwed them together pushing the cover plate over to one side. I then started assembling the other side and then screwed it down. Once this was done I was able to identify where I'd have to fit extra spacers to ensure the keys etc. were aligned as I wished and that the sides lined up equally. It was then just a matter of unscrewing the relevant side, fitting the spacers and securing it up again. I repeated this process for each side until I was happy with the results.Now this approach IS fiddly and won't suit everyone as it meant repeatedly opening up each side of the Wunderkey, but I found it was the easiest way to get everything the way I wanted it without the keys and spacers toppling over and scattering while I was trying to get it all together.All of my needed keys are now held in one compact package that doesn't jingle or bunch up in my pocket and is just easier to carry.One other thing I've noticed is that it's also easier to get the key I need using one hand. The amount of times in the past that I got to the door with one hand full and tried to sort out the key I needed from the bundle unsuccessfully, usually having to put down what I was carrying and use both hands. Now with the Wunderkey I can easily flip out the key I need with my thumb and unlock the door with no bother.The only issue I had was that the wire loop shown in the kit, apparently it's called a Schlüsselring, was missing. However upon emailing Wunderkey they dispatched one to me immediately and it arrived only 2 days later. Fantastic service.All in all I'd recommend this to anyone looking to better organise both the number of and the way they carry their keys. Obviously it won't suit everyone as there will be keys out there that are just not suitable to be used with the Wunderkey. However if you're like me then you may realise that you're carrying around keys which you no longer actually need and if the keys you actually need are suitable then this will work for you.

I had originally given this product 1 out of 5, as I was having problems putting this product together - and then keeping it together.I had tried everything to balance the keys out (even grouping washers together), but they just slid around. The most frustrating part was that it had come apart twice in a week.After my review, the following morning the customer support team contacted me to try and assist. After an exchange of a few emails, and having sent over a photo of the keys and accessories I wanted to include, Ayhan from the customer support team sent an edited photo back of which keys to put where and exactly how to put it together.Since then, this has been solid. The keys no longer slip around, it is sturdy and very useful. The team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure the product worked for me, which I appreciate!I have given this 4 stars, simply because although this product now works perfectly, it needed additional instructions or me to get to that point, which in my opinion should be in the box.

It's a good item that seems well manufactured. It works well, and should be good for normal yale style house keys (as in the picture). But if keys are not flat then the number of keys drops even with the ultimate package, and can be fiddly to assemble. I would like to see larger expansion pieces and a slightly longer length. For the ultimate package price of 40+ UKP it feels overpriced, and some/all of the separate expansion/add-ons didn't seem available elsewhere on Amazon.

I was sceptical at first, I ride motorbikes and the thought of have a bunch of keys in my pocket is a nightmare, so I purchased this unit. It takes bit of time to decide what keys pair with each other. Just a my thoughts, we have 2 front doors so I put both keys on the same side so that they flick out together rather than use both ends. Just my little tip but that works better for me. I have to say, what a neat piece of kit and would recommend it to anyone who has too many keys on a ring. It also doesn't make any noise due to the fact they are all contained.

Couldn't give this 5 stars as it was publicised as holding 12 keys when using the extension pack. In actual fact, it doesn't even hold 6 using the extension pack if any of them have the rubber tops which I used to colour code and identify my keys. I removed the tops and painted the keys themselves, but it still only holds 7 plus the bottle opener and memory card.

I was really excited about this. I was caught up in the hype of the products appearing on facebook as kick starters etc. So when the set came on to amazon I had to indulge.I have been using these for 3 months now so thought it was time to giver a review!So, for the price, the quality of the black frame is poor. It has bended slightly and is scratched substantially. It has not been put through anything rigorous. Just in a pocket in a bag. So very disappointed to be honest.Hard drive works as expected and bottle opener requires you to hold it in position to use but you get used to that.I still use mine but I would not be recommending people to get these.

A clever, innovative, compact and nifty gadget which you may frequently forget you're carrying when in the pocket.It is so small yet so useful and organised. I can't get over the fact at how compact and ergonomic it is.The aluminium feels smooth and fine to the touch and it is very sturdy.With the addition of a bottle opener, USB pen drive and a firm keyring for attaching it on the keyring loop, what more can you ask for?Get one today. You won't regret it.

Happy with this, one the whole. A little overpriced in my opinion, but a quality bit of kit,You get what you pay for.
