We use it at the beach every summer. It does very good on the sand. I love it because we are campers and it folds to store in my 5th wheel compartment nice. **Q: How difficult is it to fold? I can't find a video demonstrating the folding.** A: It's not difficult to fold, you push down in the middle of the handle (it has those little push buttons that release it). and it just starts to cave in sort of speak. Note that you cannot fold it if you have either the back gate or the optional front gate installed. We use ours a lake dock buggy with both gate ends installed and just leave it leaned up and then lock it with a cable and pad lock.
