This product is nothing like advertised. Itโs not touch screen, the directions on the phone are all in Chinese. I was unable to even get it started and had to return it. As of today, even though I returned the phone, I have not had my money returned. Iโll update if that happens

Phone dead when received, didnโt wanna hold charge after hours of charging went dead within 15 minutes. Description states compatible with all carriers yet the phone would not detect my SIM card. Absolute junk! DO NOT BUY!!!

Make sure phone can be used in your area/carrier.
Nice features not to small but couldnโt use in my network so I had to return. Went to get phone setup and couldnโt use that carrier. Was told what carrier or get a phone that was completely unlock.
