My experience, they did not hold up well at all. Waste of money for me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Improved my grip for gi jiujitsu and increased the muscle mass in my hands and forearms! *by L***G on Reviewed in the United States on March 20, 2019* Very pleased with this product, especially at the price! Solid quality construction. Both my son and I have used them and they definitely improve gripping for BJJ & Judo. They also made a noticeable difference in the size and vascularity of my wrists & forearms even for me as an very experienced (nearly lifelong) grappler and MMA athlete. If you guys could make one that mimics the thickness of the collar in addition to the sleeve I would 100% buy. Also if you could move the tag off of the sleeve/grip area and onto the strap that connects to the cable/bar/band, etc. that would be awesome! Definitely a great product and good value! ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not good for uchikomis *by J***G on Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2018* The D rings are big, heavy and strong. Probably great for heavy lifts such as deadlifts and farmer's walks, etc. However, for speed movements, the D rings will hit your arms, shoulders, and back. Also, not wide enough for pocket or pistol gripping but good for sleeve gripping. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/51394604-grip-and-strength-training-attachment-for-resistance-bands-cable-machines](https://www.desertcart.be/products/51394604-grip-and-strength-training-attachment-for-resistance-bands-cable-machines) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
