THIS IS A WONDERFUL VERSION OF THE HOLY BIBLE,ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SEEKING DEEPER UNDERSTANDING. DOWN THE MIDDLE OF EACH PAGE ARE WHAT I CALL LINKS, ON THE SCRIPTURE WE ARE GIVEN A LETTER OR NUMBER AT A WORD OR VERSE,YOU LOOK TO THE MARGIN DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE AND YOU CAN FIND THE LINK TO WHERE ELSE IT RELATES IN THE BIBLE. ALSO LEADS TO EXTRA INSIGHTS AND HELP IN TRUTH AND ACTION,THERE ARE EPLANATIONS OF WORDS, AS OUR ENGLISH DOES NOT ALWAYS TRANSLATE THE FULL MEANING. My husband says that this is a great bible. Some Verses are explained at the bottom of the page and the word wealth sections explain some things. Its a great bible that ties the old testament in with the new and the word wealth and concordance sections really help explain and understand God’s plan for fallen mankind and his might and glory and the power of The Holy Spirit. My husband states it is a wonderful bible which has lots of study tools and insights which help to understand the structure and importance of the bible and the message of the cross a lot more.

I've looked at a few study bibles and must say that this is one of the best. I listened to Jack Hayford speak and his books as well as this bible are excellent. I think the Word Wealth and Kingdom Dynamics is very good but the book introductions are the best i've seen. The print is a good size (9.5 or 10 point i've seen somewhere), bonded leather cover quality is better than many (although i'd rather buy calfskin or goatskin), size 242 x 164 mm make it a good size which will fit in most covers - not too large like some large print bibles.I'd say i bought this for his notes and perhaps would have been better to buy his Handbook which is an alternative. He and MacArthur seem to have done similar and both works i wouldn't want to be without.

This is an excellent translation keeping the poetry and excellent language of the King James Bible whilst bringing new insights in translation methods and new archaeological discoveries. It also brings up to date archaic language. A good accurate translation that flows and is easy for memorization. The notes and explanations are also very good.A good choice for a study Bible.

I have been reading the Spirit Filled Bible for many years and have just downloaded a copy to my Kindle. It provides detailed notes and explanations throughout and in addition provides what I believe is a complete Bible by adding on extra verses which others including the NIV omit. The Bible is a must for any Christian who is seeking a closer walk with The Lord and in the Spirit

Was looking for a different translation to read. Have been a believer for twenty years and started off with the NIV the went on to the NLT, so was looking for something a bit different to challenge me. This bible is great for study because there is so much in there for you, and the more difficult english makes you read it a few times so that it sinks in. Would recommend it for anyone who wants a more in depth study of the word. Good value for money.

I would definitely recommend this Bible. I particularly like the Kingdom Dynamics themes that are useful for personal bible study and the 'Truth-In-Action' section after each book of the Bible highlights areas for personal spiritual growth. A good all-round study bible. It is my favourite to date.

Very thorough view into the infathomable depths of the Bible. Love it and my favourite Bible. Lots of info and hints how to go further with the study of Gods work. Great intros to each book. All that is missing is were you find out what the translation issues are with the NewKingJames Bible (all Bibles have their translation issues).Highly recommended!

This study bible is amount one of the easiest bibles to read and maneuver. I found it was filled with alot of added information that was very helpful.

ファイルが重いすぎるからなのかわかりませんが、ベーシックなキンドル端末ではうまく動かず、そしてキンドルがクラッシュしてしまうんです。iPadやiPhoneは問題ありません。ほかのファイルは同じキンドルで問題なく読めるので、この本のファイルが互換性がないと思います。残念です。This file seems too heavy as it crashes the basic Kindle Device. It works with iPad and iPhone but not with my Kindle. What a shame.

... in Sachen Bibel. Nun besitze ich beileibe nicht nur eine Bibel, sondern so einige verschiedene Übersetzungen. Ich finde es auch sehr wichtig, verschiedene Übertragungen aus dem Grundtext vergleichen zu können und es macht immer wieder Spaß, eine "neue" Übersetzung zu lesen.Dieses New Spirit-Filled Life Bible mit der New King James-Version ist für mich eine sehr gute Wahl gewesen. In den letzten Wochen habe ich sie fast ausschließlich benutzt. Die "New King James" ist eine sehr gute Übersetzung; mit der Neuen Luther Bibel insofern zu vergleichen, dass man nicht den Eindruck hat, eine antiquierte Sprache zu lesen, andererseits aber auch nicht eine der sehr modernen (die ich auch schätze) Übersetzungen in der Hand hat, die dann doch schon reichlich Interpretation in die entsprechende Schriftstelle legen.Das Layout und die Gesamtgestaltung der Bibel finde ich sehr ansprechend und auch das Schriftbild für meine "mittelalterlichen" Augen noch ausreichend (allerdings benutze ich generell eine Lesebrille mit äußerst geringer Stärke).Das Leder der gebundenen Ausgabe ist weich und formbar; sie liegt gut in der Hand und ist weder zu schwer noch zu leicht. Am Anfang waren die mit Goldschnitt beschichteten Seiten ein bisschen fest zusammengedrückt und mussten teilweise mit etwas Geduld auseinander gefingert werden... das war aber kein Problem. Die schöne Bibel wird in einem sehr stabilen Karton geliefert, in dem auch Lagerung oder Transport gut möglich ist.Die Verweisstellen sind eine enorm umfangreiche Ressource für jeden Bibelstudenden im weitesten Sinne. Es macht viel Spaß, bisher ungeahnte Verbindungen zu anderen Schriftstellen zu knüpfen und sich ganz gezielt durch die Bibel zu arbeiten, um ein Thema zu verfolgen. Dabei helfen auch ganz besonders die gute Konkordanz und die vielen guten Anmerkungen.Am Ende der Bibel befinden sich zehn gute Landkarten, die z.B. Israel zur Zeit Jesu oder auch den Aufbau des Tempels darstellen - und natürlich auch alttestamentliche Grenzen aufzeigen.Am besten gefallen mir persönlich die Einführungen in ein biblisches Buch: Neben Datierung und Autor wird besonders auf die Absicht und die charakteristischen Eigenschaften eines solchen eingegangen. Der Inhalt wird kurz skizziert und auch ein Bezug zu Jesus Christus in einem biblischen Buch wird hergestellt. Verschiedene Überschriften unterteilen das Buch dann in verständliche "Schritte" und man gewinnt einen sehr guten Überblick über jeden Abschnitt der Bibel.Auf fast jeder Seite findet sich ein bzw. zwei Mal ein "Kästchen" mit dem Titel "Word Wealth" - also der Reichtum des Wortes, in denen präzise ein Begriff oder ein Wort der Bibel mit dem Urtext erklärt wird (mit Hilfe von Strong's Lexikon). Das ergibt jedes Mal einen sehr interessanten Einblick in viele Worte der Bibel, die man vielleicht bisher nur in einem ganz bestimmten Sinn gesehen hat und wo nun der Horizont deutlich erweitert wird. Auch dort werden grundsätzlich weitere Vergleichsstellen angegeben, in denen man das entsprechende Wort noch finden kann.Ein weiteres "Kästchen" dieser Art sind die "Kingdom Dynamics", bei denen es um das Königreich Gottes geht und inwiefern die entsprechenden Bibelstellen, bei denen man sich gerade befindet, im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau des Königreiches Gottes, wie Jesus es angekündigt hat, stehen. Auch dort gibt es viele gute Denkanstöße und Wahrheiten, denen man mit Hilfe der angegebenen Zusatzbibelstellen noch persönlich nachgehen kann.Unten auf jeder Seite werden verschiedene Verse der entsprechenden Seite erläutert und andere Übersetzungsmöglichkeiten angeboten. Alttestamentliche Bibelstellen sind kursiv gedruckt; die Worte Jesu sind rot gedruckt - wie in vielen englischen Bibelausgaben zu sehen.Am Ende jedes biblischen Buches gibt es eine ein- bis zweiseitige Abhandlung "Truth in Action", wo das Buch noch einmal kurz und präzise in Lehre und entsprechende Wahrheiten und praktische Anwendungen eingeteilt wird. Sehr hilfreich und interessant.Fazit: Es macht enorm Spaß, diese Bibelausgabe zu nutzen; sie ist sehr Urtext treu und äußerst gut und flüssig lesbar. Viele sehr interessante Informationen erwarten den Leser; für ein intensives Bibelstudium eine unschätzbare Quelle. Jack W. Hayford als "verantwortlicher Herausgeber" ist ein integrer Christ mit sehr langer Lebens- und Glaubenserfahrung, dessen Kommentare und hilfreiche Querverweise für jeden gläubigen Christen eine echte Bereicherung sind.
