SANYU Ghibli My Neighbor Totoro Key Ring O-Totoro

I previously purchased other Studio Ghibli products and they were authentic and is perfect. While this little Totoro key chain is authentic as well, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the item itself. It is not soft or fluffy but very hard and the ears are very delicate and seems to be made of some kind of paper. So while it is small enough and indeed quite darling, i'm not sure how long the ears will stay attached to the body. Overall it will work for short term use, (grade C)!

Totoro is a bit smaller and rounder than I thought but he’s perfect. The chain is detachable so it’s very convenient for me. I used to have one Totoro but he got lost. After searching high and low all over the internet, this one looks the closest to the one I lost. Though he doesn’t have a tail and he’s pretty round, he’s just what I’ve been looking for.The delivery comes faster than the estimated shipping time, considering he is shipped from Japan.Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I saw the picture online and it looked good. But the actual product looks better than the picture!! I've seen plenty of much larger Totoro plush toys that look absolutely ugly and nothing like the actual character in the movie. Yet this small key ring captures the most essential features of this adorable creature. Worth the money.I wonder if there is a better way to protect the ears during shipping. The ears are very soft and easily get wrinkled inside the package.

super cute, but after less than a week of using it, the loop connected to totoro that the keychain is hooked on to broke! poor workmanship. not sure what to do with this item. :(
