Review: Poor design ; No impact protection for the case itself - Product is purchased for my iPhone 12 mini which is having poor battery backup.In fact thought this product will add some protection too.But in one month of usage( after 02 1/2 months of purchase) a hair line crack appeared at the back side of case.The plastic at that area is very fragile and can easily get damage in regular use. **Q: Is the inside of the battery case made of microfiber cloth material as to not scratch the back of the iPhone? Or is it just plastic material?**
A: Plastic material. I’ve taken my phone out. Few times and no scratches from what I can tell.

**Q: What is the charging times for this? 0-50% or 0-100%**
A: I wish I could answer, but I don’t know.  I haven’t had to charge the iPhone 12 Pro Max from the battery case yet.  I did have a problem charging wirelessly the first day.  It charged for about 30 seconds and stopped.  I tried six times and received the same result each time.  The next day I tried again, and I positioned the phone in several different positions on both sides of the wireless charging device, which I purchased from Apple.  After eight tries, I was finally able to charge the phone wirelessly with the battery case on the phone.  I may have to update this answer based on what happens tonight and subsequent future days.

**Q: How long does the battery mah6000 last?**
A: It easily doubles my iPhone 12 battery life, if not more.

**Q: How do you contact for warranty help on charging case? My case battery is bubbling up**
A: Works great. Get additional 110% charge. I get over 10 hours with 25% remaining on the extra battery pack.

Solid protection AND extended battery life for your iPhone 12 for a competitive price. Sure, you might find a cheaper product but, in this case, you get what is advertised: Quality. After purchasing the iPhone 12 mini, I had my heart set on another Mophie much like I have been using for my iPhone 8. However, the company doesn’t yet make a product for the 12 Mini. I thought I would have to “settle” for a cheap knock off to fill the gap. However, with Alpatronix’s offering, I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of this charging case. Not only is Alpatronix a US company, as far as I can tell, the case is also manufactured stateside. Two important features play largely into why this is a great case: Native Lightning connector support for USB charge-through, which means your phone is charged first followed by the case when plugged in and full support for Apple Car Play. Both work flawlessly. Bonus points for all-day power, easy phone insertion and retention (rubbery lip wraps around and better protects the face of the phone), package includes a Lightning USB cord AND screen protector, works well with DJI drone remote control pad, nice tactile grip thanks to textured surface, and wireless charging capability/compatibility - I am able to use my Mophie wireless charging pad with it. About the only thing I might wish for would be some type of dust/water resistant screening or filament over the small speaker ports at the base of the case. Overall, an excellent value and outstanding quality case for the money.
