This fitness tracker feels solid and well made. I have 2 reasons for not giving it 5 stars. The first is only a minor inconvenience. When charging the device, there is no indication of when the battery is completely charged. Turning on the screen does not help. My second reason is a little more severe. I tested the step counter. After walking back and forth in my living room 2 times and counted out 20 steps, the fitness tracker told me I had walked 84 steps. I thought it may have been too short of a distance to get an accurate measurement so I walked more and after about 80 steps the device had calculated that I walked over 500 steps and .2 miles. I also changed the user information so my wife could try it and she got the same type of results.I'm not sure if my device is defective or if something is wrong with the design, but if the step counter is this inaccurate I would never trust the other measurements the device takes. Maybe I received one with a defect. I'm really not sure.

This device might have been good for what I needed it for, but unfortunately it (mine at least) has zero battery life. Sat on the charger for about a half hour, said it was fully charged, and as soon as it was disconnected it died. I put it on the charger again and it said it was charging from zero. Maybe a defective unit, but not a positive experience regardless.

The app won’t work

I've tried everything under the sun to get this watch to work and it will not reset or even turn off. It will not even be seen if a bluetooth device such as my phone is turned on. The seller should have full instructions on the site or the link for the app for this watch to download. Waste of money and not worth even trying to fix or wear.
