Honestly, I cannot recommend these enough! I’ve probably bought over 10 packs by now. I have endometriosis, and these have become an absolute staple for me. They’re such a great natural alternative, and they genuinely make a difference to my pain. I don’t know whether it’s the ingredients, the cooling/warming sensation, or even a bit of placebo—but honestly, I don’t care because they help! On really difficult days, they’ve made such a noticeable difference and have become something I always make sure I have on hand. If you struggle with period pain or conditions like endometriosis, they’re definitely worth trying. I don’t leave reviews often so take this as a genuine good review for the product. They are stretchy and easy to cut so can fit anywhere on the body. Yes they are expensive but I do genuinely think they are worth it!

I find these really help, stick well and provide long relief.

The patches look like a big plaster but are easy to apply and do stay where they have been applied so no moving around/ falling off which is good. I really like the strong eucalyptus fragrance these have. The pain relief is effective it definitely did numb the pain of my cramps. I was not sure how they would work but following the first use I am impressed so far although they are not the easiest to remove but it's worth the effort for the pain relief.

Got these to help with menopausal hot flashes. I feel a tingling effect but not cooling. Shame... I was hoping they'd help.

I’ve been using these patches for my endometriosis and adenomyosis pain, and they’ve actually been really helpful on more manageable days. They’re super thin and discreet, so you can wear them under clothes without even noticing, and I like that they’re drug-free. The cooling/tingling sensation is quite soothing and does take the edge off cramps, especially when I don’t want to rely on painkillers. They also last a good amount of time, which makes them convenient for work or sleep. That said, they’re not strong enough for severe flare-ups. On my worst days, they don’t fully relieve the pain, so I still need additional pain relief. The sensation can also feel weird at first, and it might not be for everyone but I have sensitive skin and works fine, great value for money. Overall, they’re a good extra support option — especially for milder days or alongside other pain management — but not a complete solution for more intense endo or adenomyosis pain.
