Love love love these- recovering from Morton's Neuroma Surgery and needed padding. Too much padding put pressure on foot ball making worse- thus little pad is great and does not slip around.

Not a good solution
These come WAY too far up on the top of the foot to be worn with pumps ... really defeated the purpose. Might be okay with booties - but only if you don't wear socks or nylons ...
