Your delivery is lowered to the ground by tail lift, so solid, even ground is important. In order to get goods to your property we use a pump truck. Be aware that a pump truck will not work on soft or unsteady ground. If this has been found not the case when delivery is attempted, the goods will refunded minus delivery charges plus return fees.
