Halowave Oven Accessory: Flash-Frying Basket Easy to Make Chips & More

Just the right size for a 12 litre Halogen oven .It fits inside the bowl either on the base or the rack whichever you prefer .It's a bit of a hassle getting the handle to fit while it's inside the bowl but if you the tongs provided with the oven you can lift it in and out easily , if you need to give the chips or whatever your air frying a shake . Just be carefull . I have an oven mit on one hand ready to hold the fryer .I recommend this apparatus because of the fact it sits inside the oven .I have one that sits on the top of the bowl and even with the ring extension in ti would always be too close to the lamp and things would get a bit burnt at times or in trying to not burn them they wouldn't cook properly So all in all it's money well spent Whether you do frozen chips or chips from scratch this will be a great help

This is basically the inner basket of an stove top 24cm fryer, it still has the drain hook on the outside. it works ok in a 7litre halogen after said hook was sawn off. I assume for 12litre this is not necessary.Results are good. To get temperatures and timeings I downloaded Coopers of Stortford "Halogen Air-fry, Crisp & Dry" instructions as well as Philips Airfryer Recipe Book. These are enough to get started.

This basket is a great accessory for cooking in the Halogen oven.It is perfect for cooking chips ,though you can use it for many things.I use it on the high stand without a tray,so that the heat can penetrate all round the chips. I am only cooking for two,but if I was cooking a larger amount I would shake the basket half way through cooking. That way would ensure even cooking.

I brought this for a halogen oven and after a small.modification fits my 7l8tr oven

This is billiant it's safe as the handle is very secure for turning fish and chips and the handle comes off very easy so you can close the halogen oven lid. Its easy to clean and of course the handle stays cool as it only goes on when it's needed very good value.I recommend it.

the concept is good, but the actual size is smaller than I would have expected. Was hoping for a basket that would fit into the bowl and fill it, but I'd estimate that it's about 3/4 the size of the bowl. and the top doesn't sit flush on it, even with the extender. Shame really :( will be returning
