2 people in this type of hammock is not really very comfortable so buy 2. I got in it expecting it to instantly tear as I go 475lbs . But it didn't . To be fair the rope it comes with is crap so I replaced it with some old static line .

Having been eaten alive by mosquitoes in my old hammock, I was super excited to receive this hammock with built in mosquito netting..It comes in a nice little attached stuff sack, that has both a draw string opening and a compression strap. Total weight is 2lb, 2 ounces.The hammock itself is a nice camo pattern. All seams were well sewn and the end bindings are well done.. It comes with two hanging straps (really ropes with a tree saver cover slid over them).. They are reasonably long enough and seem to be stretch free. The mesquite net is stitched all the way around, with a double zipper running down one side..making it easy to get in and out of.I set this up around two Cedar trees out in the woods behind my house. I used a marlin spike hitch to attached the included carribeners to the straps and it all held just fine. The mosquito netting is strung using two included cords that run through 3 loops down each side.. unfortunately one of the loops had not been sewn correctly and one end was loose.. (see picture).. I grabbed some button thread and a needle and stitched it back together in about 2 minutes, and it held just fine.The hammock is about 8 foot 6 inches long, which is standard for a lounging hammock, but shorter than most sleeping hammocks (about 10 feet). The net is plenty big, and when hung correctly is held up and away from your body and face just fine. I used a couple of sticks as spreader bars at each end to keep the netting from drooping down. The netting is easy enough to see through, and doesn't obstruct your view at all (see picture).The only issue I have with the hammock is the way the material feels when you lay on it.. first of all, it doesn't have any stretch to it..so it doesn't really conform to your shape very much.. then when you lay in it, the material right down the center section of the hammock is stretched very tight, where as the material on the sides is left very loose.. it could have been a little more evenly sewn so your weight is distributed more evenly..Despite this.. I decided to sleep out in this hammock last night. I was able to achieve a comfortable side sleeping position that was fairly flat and even.. there is enough slack material on the sides to easily rest your feet and head in. I had to get up twice to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (too much coffee).. and had no problem getting the zipper opened and then re-zipped in the dark.All in all.. Im really happy with this hammock for just relaxing in (without being eaten by bugs)..

Nice hammock!I bought this hammock to guve as a gift to outdoorsy friend, and i like it for the color and style.It is very nice green, so it won’t be flashy colorful when set up in the woods.I wish, however, that it came with a small paper with instructions. I have no idea how to attach the straps around the tree, my hammock straps are wider and with loops. There are some ropes, but I’m sure my friend will figure it out.I love the leather-like branding on the pouch and straps, it adds really nice touch to the look.One of the straps looks like it has something coming out, i hope it doesn’t break anytime soon. Hopefully it’s not too much of an issue, i would hate to return it.Just like other hammocks, it folds into its own attached pouch that otherwise hangs down when set up.Good purchase, but i wish the straps came without the flaw and it came with a little setup picture.Otherwise nice hammock!

Love these! Perfect for relaxing. Does not swallow you whole. I've used 5 times and no evidence of any breakage. Seems like it has many uses left. Easily fits back into side pocket without any extra hassle or clever maneuvering. Can unpack and re pack in 1 min. When rolled up in the pouch it's about the size of 2 grapefruits. I highly recommend you also purchase hammock straps if you buy this hammock because the paracord is super short and seems like it would be a hassle to set up around trees. I purchased heavy duty hammock straps at the same time as the hammock purchase and was so glad I did because setting up that short paracord and making sure the knots were tight would have driven me crazy.

I love that this is so compact and light that we can take it with us whether we are hiking or camping, or even just to set up in our backyard. It's convenient to have around and the material is pretty durable.

I have used it once so I will reserve the right to change my review after more use.The quality seems very good with the exception of the rope throw these away straight away. The rope SNAPPED! My hunting buds have film to prove it.I am not light but the rope should be rated tot he max rating of the hammock.It would have been 5 stars but for the rope.

Looks good I just need to get the easy strap things to hang it!

Just got the hammock yesterday and put it to the treat out in the woods.....you say holds up to 600 lbs..ok...I used 550 Paracord for the net...guess what...the net ripped with ease...I'm only 125 lbs.....very pissed off....and no strings came with the hammock...had to use my own cordage.....not happy

Very happy with this purchase. It was much cheaper in cost than other comparable hammocks but worked great for 4 weeks of road tripping and camping. In the end, there were no tears or anything and it was super comfy.
