These are perfect when you need a cold pack to reduce inflammation. They stay cold a long time but are flexible so you can manipulate the pack around whatever area you need it to conform to.

Best ice pack on the market, stays cold overnight in a wrap or towel, never gets too cold for shoulders or heads. Best migraine reducer! Last one I lost at hotel after 8 years, could not be without it.

I have tried several reusable cold packs for injuries, sprains, and strains: Frozen gel beads, clay, etc. This pack outperforms all of those. It re-freezes quickly and conforms comfortably around injured areas without sharp edges. Plus, it stays cold for longer than most.
