Does this include the blue but it clicks in to?

It doesn't include anything but the part as shown in the picture. The clips are held in place directly into the lid assembly by a springy lug on each side of the catch. To get the old one out I found it best to grab the back end with a pair of pliers and break it up then it falls out the back. The new one clicks in place from the front end very easily. First one didn't seem to work very well so removed it and used the other one, which has been fine. As they're so cheap and postage relatively expensive I recommend buying a couple of packs just in case.
