Wow… this stuff works. Sorry for the over share but it made me cough up tons of mucus…recommend it to a few friends and they are all also very impressed. Would definitely recommend. Not a result like an abuterol inhaler… more like a lung cleanse on a daily basis. Has made a difference over time… less inhaler use etc.

In the winter this product affords me the luxury of breathing easier. I have purchased many of Host Defense products and like all of them. BREATHE gives me a nice, natural energy and I certainly seem to be able to take a deeper breath., This is my "go to" and am never without a bottle.

I have been using Breathe capsules from Host Defense for years. Wonderful medicinal mushroom supplement to support your immune system and a trusted brand. This was my first experience to try the product in powder form but after I was done with it I switched back to the capsules. I feel that they work better for me.

I've used Host Defense capsules in the past and like the brand, so I was intrigued by this powder form factor. I'm pleasantly surprised by how subtle the flavor is and how well this mixes into foods. I tried a little finger dip of it first and noted just a light earthy taste, nothing offensive or off-putting. I've been mixing the recommended amount into my instant oats and even with acacia fiber powder added, I can barely tell the Host Defense powder is there. Adding some nut butter helps mask any light flavor, and when well mixed prior to adding water, the powder doesn't clump or add any weird texture.Admittedly, I've not noticed any positives effects so far, but the lack of negative MCAS reactions is promising. I feel this could have potential with consistent use and am considering reordering.I do wish there was a scoop included for ease of dosing, but at least that cuts down on unnecessary plastic. The tub came well safety sealed, although this was tough to remove without a tab to grip.I'll update this review if I notice any effects or improvement.

Excellent quality yet again from Host Defense. I mix this into a glass of water at breakfast and it blends easily. Has a faint woodsy aroma, but nothing at all offensive. I use this on workout days, sometimes blending it in with my preworkout drink. It really does have a positive effect and I feel like I can get through my cardio session easier. All of the Host Defense products are legit and they have helped me to stay healthy over the past few years. Highly recommend!

Can’t tell a bit of difference….

It’s crazy paying for capsules all these years- so grateful they have come out with bulk powder. I love host defense products, and these REALLY do the job for a person with asthma- less drugs, the better. Though this product doesn’t HEAL the issue, it certainly does for me what it says- helps me breathe- and I’ve used this product for YEARS. Now in bulk- so so happy
