Received this in late November. Looked a lovely product. I used it for an hour once a week and after a few months the stitching around the zip came away. I raised this with the seller and was told this was normal wear and tear which I thought was ridiculous! I wanted a replacement but the seller wasn’t forthcoming. I even attempted the returns process to try and get a positive response. This is the bag in July, 8 months later. Very poor quality and I’m really disappointed as it’s a lovely looking bag. As you can see from the material in the photos it’s hardly been used and yet the zip is ripped, bottom stud has just fallen out and the base is in terrible condition.

Very pleased with this lovely hold-all, strong and durable and much larger than I imagined. It's so roomy. And well made came well packaged and on time. Thank you.

Arrived really quick and much bigger and better made than i thought it would be, i had purchased a much more expensive bag as well but am thinking of returning it and getting another one of these

Bought as a gift for someone who is in and out of Hospital, god quality bag and very spacious.
