Can't adjust the angles, contacted producent after registering product but no one came back to me with advice or any information. Definitely not worth of buying. My advice, just return if it's broken and do not waste time, to not miss the return window.

Easiest to use for a quick, sharp edge
I have about 10 different knife sharpeners. Usually I buy them, try them, and I'm disappointed in them. This is the ONLY one I haven't been disappointed with. Is it perfect? No. But it's by far the easiest way to quickly put a sharp edge on your blade.Some of my other sharpeners will give me a much better edge. Whetstones for example. But that take time and skill. I let my blades get dull because I'm too lazy to pull out the whetstones and and spend 15 minutes per blade getting a perfect edge. I have a couple of electric sharpeners that sharpen very quickly, but they leave the knife with a jagged edge that saws through whatever the knife is cutting, rather than slicing. This is the only sharpener I have that can take a knife from "can't cut meat" to "effortlessly slices tomatoes" in less than two minutes.HOWEVER... keep in mind that this knife is taking thin shavings off of the blade with every pass. The "coarse" slot takes off a LOT of metal. I suggest getting your blades sharp, and then just using the "fine" slot often, rather than letting them get dull and starting over again at the "coarse" slot. You could probably turn a butcher knife to dust by running it through the coarse slot over and over for a few hours.Also, the adjustable angle of the cutting edge is AWESOME. There are no wedges or other devices to get the right angle. You just turn the knob and run the knife through the slots.oh yeah... one last thing. This is designed for RIGHT-HANDED PEOPLE. If you're a lefty, like me, you'll have to hold the knife in your right hand to sharpen it. It took me about 15 seconds to get used to that, but it wasn't much of an issue because I'm amphibious.
