2/25/20 Just purchased a 3rd camera. Price dropped to $209! =OThe first 2 cameras are working great. No problems!This is an EXCELLENT CAMERA regardless of what others have said to the contrary.I think they probably didn't know what they were doing, unless they got a lemon.Get them while they last.9/5/19Just installed the new camera.....took less than 15 min to mount, andconnect to the router. Great resolution!I don't understand all the negative reviews. This is absolutely the bestsecurity camera for the price.I use the VMS software, and it's a piece of cake. ;)I will post images later to show the zoom& resolution, day & night images.9/2/19 Update #2....still all fine, no problems.Just bought another one....$20 less than original even with tariffs! =OWhat a great camera! Great camera!!!! =)6/15/18 Well, I thought the camera had gone bad....badly pixelated, and then would not connect.WRONG! It was a bad router!!!Camera is still great & WORKS PERFECTLY with a different router! ;)(original post)... I'm very happy with this camera. The resolution even a 20x is amazing! (see video).The materials and construction are top quality.My PC could not read the CD that contained the necessary software, but Customer support is very good, and they sent mea download link. The zip download (185mb) contains a detailed user manual, as well as software to connect and control the camera. There aremany optional settings, but the basic operation is fine for me. I spent a lot of time checking prices & specs on several cameras. I chose this one because:1. 20X zoom2. Resolution3. fast pan speed4. ease of connection....no DVR required....just connect to PC via wireless network (or IT cable).I highly recommend this camera & this seller, and may purchase another camera.

I bought this camera April 7, 2018. The camera quit working within a couple months. (would not move and no picture). Contacted customer service and to my surprise, they replaced the camera! Everything worked great until now. (1 year and 7 months with second camera) Now camera some how got moisture in it. (see right side of picture) When you zoom camera in all the way now, it is a total blurry picture! Contacted customer service again and they never contacted me back! Tried a couple more times with no response!! I would think this camera would last longer than 1 year and 7 months!! Terrible customer service!! I would never purchase another camera from "LINGSEE" again!!

I liked how fast the camera moved and the zoom capabilities. I did not like the fact that it lagged a lot when I move the camera around in any type of reflector at night was really bright. I was not impressed with night vision capabilities

Not sure if I got a bad unit, but it never does a DHCP lookup for its IP address instead its stuck at 192.168.1.10, this would be fine by my network is 10.88.64.x. :-)

Works as well as Sunba. Probably the same OEM.Price is a bit too high given the smaller sensor/weaker night vision.
