The planter is very well made and looks great. We have had ours outside in Phoenix for almost a year. About a month before our 1 year warranty would have expired, I noticed that an issue with one of the corners so I called support. They were very helpful and within 3 days of contacting them, a replacement unit arrived at my house . It was a really easy and pleasant experience and we will probably purchase a few more.

The planter has a nice look to it. It is also pretty heavy which is good in that it won’t blow over in strong winds. I would recommend purchasing this planter!

We are going to put plants in these containers use these on our deck for privacy from the neighbors. They are high quality, we are pleasantly surprised. They are sturdy/heavy and are not going to blow over. We live on the ocean, so the wind can pick up and we’re used to things getting blown over. However, they’re heavy enough that they aren’t going to have an issue blowing over. They arrived in good condition with no chips or cracks.

two reasons it's not five stars: 1) price. It's just terribly expensive!2) drainage. there is a false bottom about halfway up on the inside, so you don't have to fill bottom with dirt of filler, and there are holes in that false bottom. This gives the impression that it has drainage, but those holes go to bottom section which is completely sealed, so it will eventually fill up with water. I did not realize this until it was too late, and drowned a number of expensive plants. I had to drill holes on the bottom to drain the water out. (used outdoors)Otherwise, very sturdy and heavy, and look great.

Other reviews helped us decide to spend the money for this and we are very pleased. Lovely, well built planter. Makes a perfect privacy planter. Narrow so it doesn't take up much patio space. The gray color is a VERY DARK gray. At first we thought it was black. In sunlight it is a rich, deep charcoal gray.Very beautiful! We plan to add another one soon!

My deck is on the small side (250 sq ft) and I wanted flowers but not a large planter that would take up too much space. This is why I selected this one as it is thin and I put mine against the house wall, out of the way. I may even purchase another one. It is elegant and efficient and different. Many of my guests have noticed it. And it is heavy enough and sturdy enough not to blow away in a strong wind. it is well made and i love it.

Perfect for my use. Tall enough so rabbits, etc can’t eat the herbs . Really good looking, wasn’t sure about the gold edging but wow it really sets this apart from just another planter. I did put a couple of rocks on bottom part and landscape fabric so the dirt wouldn’t be draining on my new deck :). Now I just open the slider and snip my herbs and height is perfect. This is solid enough that I don’t think wind will topple this over! Packed amazing well for shipping. I am picky at this price point and this did not disappoint. Check dimensions and if it works for you I think you’ll love it!
