These adapters thread on smoothly and make it easy to connect equipment with different 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch mounting sizes. I do a ton of A/V work and have lots of various camera and audio gear. Adapters like these are a must. I can't afford to carry around both camera and microphone tripods or have room for multiple desk mounts. The ability to toss these on and be good to go is a game changer.
