Product is excellent kingston DDR 5.DHL delivery was 100% pathetic and extremely lazy company deserves zero left my package out in the rain hidden to make it safe which is good but not in a rainy day. Computer products do not like water I have safe spots picked in my Amazon account but no Driver are using it what's the point having safe place no driver using them, that's a question to Amazon, and how stupid to leave a package in the rain, lucky for me inside package looked fine and was not out for long in rain when I got home.

This is my third set of AM5 RAM for this computer, AM5 has been one of the most unstable platforms I've ever had, so I went through one set of trident z and another brand that I can't remember the name right now and they both died literally on my computer, stoped the computer from working, wouldn't boot up! This ram has performed exceptionally and it's gorgeous, the color profiles inside the software that you get from these guys awesome! It's stable and it just works, still having some stability issues on sleep mode, every time I go into sleep mode when I Wake the computer it wants to reboot so it's not saving the profiles properly and that's been a problem since I started the am5 platform so I don't think it's a ram problem I think it's something else, I do have a Ryzen 7800 x3d, and a AMD 7900xt GPU they work well together.

I order a pair of 64g at 6000MT/s for my computer and when I check in the BIOS only one of them was 6000 while the other was 5600. I paid for more and received less than what was paid. Everything else works fine, the ram is good, stable but I would like for you to send me the 6000MT/s or a partial refund to cover the difference. I didn’t pay full price for less of what’s expected to receive. Amazon please do something

Not sure what's wrong with this RAM, but Kingston has to seriously consider fixing the software that comes for this.None of the light settings were ever saved. On every system reboot, you never know what you would get. Sometimes the correct settings, sometimes frozen lights, sometimes only 1 stick working, sometimes no lights...And the Kingston software is just as bad with freezing, resetting, and glitching out while using it.It got to be too much, so I just went with Corsair vengeance RGB DDR5
