Highly recommend. Can’t say enough good things about it! Definitely worth it!
I highly recommend this for dogs with dementia. My vet and I thought it was time for my dog to be put down because of dementia. I had tried other supplements, but they quit working when my service dog got to late stage dementia. She was incontinent and didn’t know her name anymore. The vet said to try this supplement as one last effort to keep her alive. After about two weeks, she was a completely different dog. She was back to going potty outside, she knew her name, she was happy, I could see a difference in her eyes like she wasn’t lost anymore, and she returned to assisting me as my service dog. She is one of a few service dogs that knows divers effect. I could not believe how much this helped her. She is anemic with a rare bladder condition that requires prescription dog food. That is keeping us from putting her on the dementia diet or giving her the prescription for dementia. She was the at the top of her class and it breaks my heart to see her fade away like this. I can’t say enough about how thankful I am that she is back to being happy and playing. She gets excited and does her happy jog around the house. She no longer gets stuck or stares into space during the night and she is no longer scared of things that aren’t there. This is worth every penny to see your dog come back from this terrible disease. I wish they made it for humans.

Senilife is Medication that WORKS for Canine Cognitive Disorder !
Our Chesapeake Bay Retriever / Lab mix is 11 years old. He's been a bubbly, happy, puppy-like dog since we got him at 5 months. He's always been a bit skittish, but several months ago, his behavior changes drastically. He began digging up the carpeting in various rooms of the house. He would randomly paw something around the house, even in our presence - a speaker, a chair, the corner of a wall. He would scratch our bedroom door at night for what seemed like hours on end. I finally started sleeping in the same room with him. To calm him temporarily, we used a Thunder jacket and a blanket covering his head. He then got progressively worse. He would pant very heavily all night. He would cuddle up to me and bury his head nearly beneath my body. He would shake incessantly. He would walk to a corner of the room and just stand there staring. We tried Prozac because we suspected initially that it was some sort of separation anxiety, but when he exhibited the same behavior in our presence, we knew something else was wrong. A visit to the vet, along with a full blood panel, ruled out any obvious physical ailments or severe pain. After some deep despair on my part, I started reading all I could about his symptoms. My wife and I concluded that he was suffering from canine cognitive disorder. We tried three drugs on our own - Denamarin, Cholodin, and then Senilife XL. Unfortunately, we were so desperate that we had him using all three at once. He improved remarkably in about 2 weeks. We took the chance of dropping the Denamarin. It was the most difficult to easily administer (empty stomach, 1 hour before each meal, twice a day) and the most expensive. Fortunately, we believe the active ingredients in the Senilife work and we continue to give him 2 capsules daily. He's in the range of 95-100 pounds. For folks who have had the heartbreak of watching their beloved dogs lose their mental faculties (and in our case, he also started randomly pooping in the house), and feel their pets' days are numbered, this drug is a lifesaver ... for both owners and their dogs (literally). Many illnesses and conditions are beyond our control. We make our pets as comfortable as possible until the end of their lives. For cognitive impairment/degeneration, there is hope. There are other drugs available and I hope they work well. I can just attest to the effectiveness of Senilife XL. The dissipation of symptoms and the positive change in his behavior, energy level, and responsiveness to us is remarkable. He is mostly his old self again. Not perfect, but so much more than we ever expected.

Noticably Happier
Makes a huge difference in my dog's behavior and day to day. When we first started it we also started him on the cognitive and mobility support Hills science diet and I didn't properly appreciate this specific product, due to moving he unfortunately went without the pill for a few days and he was noticably grumpy, confused, and in pain, the first day we got him back on his meds he was right as rain. Happy, playful, and confident in his surroundings. It's given him a happier twilight. Expensive but he's worth it. I would also like to note, I've been buying this product almost a year now, only once I received a bottle with a broken pill that ruined all the others and they were super quick to replace them, which is great because at 50 to sometimes 60 dollars a bottle it was pretty upsetting to find a brand new bottle ruined.

Big boy's routine
I bought Senilife for my older dog because I wanted to give him some extra support as he ages. I wasn’t expecting a dramatic overnight difference, but with consistent use I’ve noticed that he seems more present and interested in what’s going on around him. I also like that the capsule can be opened and mixed into food, since that makes it much easier for a dog that doesn’t like taking pills. So far, I’m pleased with it and plan to keep it as part of his routine.

Dramatic change........
I was skeptical that anything could change our dog's behavior this fast. Dudley will be 13 this week and is a yellow Lab. He has walked miles and miles every day of his life and has always been healthy. Very suddenly a few weeks ago we noticed him staring off into space. Then, he stopped eating. This is a dog that you had to stand back for when it was meal time and he made a beeline for his food bowl. Then, he would eat a bite, look up and stare at the wall and not remember what he was doing. He literally didn't remember that he was eating! He forgot which side the door opened from, and he started peeing in the kitchen, something he never did. He was a completely different dog. Oh, and he started whining, which was a sound i had never heard him make in his life. It was all heartbreaking. I did my research and found this pill. He's already on so many supplements for his joints but i added this. We cut it with strong scissors and put it on top of something else that he likes, like liverwurst. He loves the taste of this, which is pretty stinky and fishy, actually. Anyway, within about 5 days or so we saw a dramatic improvement. He hasn't had a single accident in the house. IN fact, he is alerting us that he has to go out, something he totally stopped doing. He is eating almost all of his food again. I haven't heard him whine lately. He is looking at us with a purposeful look, not that vacant, blank stare that he had. When people come and go, he looks up and responds. Before, he slept all day long and responded to nothing. Not even his favorite treats. He's still not back to where he was most of his life but the improvement is dramatic. Another thing he stopped doing was sniffing at things on his walks outside. He just sort of manicly raced around the park, not stopping to investigate anything. He had lost all interest in things and smells, which was so unlike him. Yesterday, he sniffed outside and stopped more than he has in weeks. If all else is failing give this a try. Give it at least a week. We are seeing positive changes every day. The best thing is that when he looks at us or around the room, it is with a purpose, and not with that lost blank stare.
