Comfortable and effective
I bought a few different heel and insole 'lift' products at the same time to see which was best. This one was easily the most comfortable and effective. The multiple height options allow you to use them in different types of shoes, not just boots.Recommended for anyone who wants to add an inch or so to their height to feel more confident, or simply as a comfortable heel to help protect sore and tired feet if you're standing or walking all day. They're so good, I'm about to buy another set so I don't have to swap them from shoe to shoe.

Works as you might expect, but not the best
I am spot on average height for a white man in the UK (177 cm) but I thought I'd try these out to give myself an added edge and for £2 I thought why not.As many other reviewers have noted, they do not fit in all shoes and you can expect to get blisters & find it very hard to walk on the first few uses. I persevered however and my blisters cleared up, my shoes stretched out a bit and I found I liked the added height.I wouldn't recommend wearing them if you're doing a lot of walking, and certainly not while exercising/hiking, but they are good just for around the workplace or if you're going somewhere that might be helpful to see over people's heads better, eg. a concert. In some high boots I found the shoe will actually bend to the side as you walk; this is annoying, uncomfortable, and makes it look like you have a fractured ankle.I also bought some longer ones of the same idea that fit along the entire inner floor of the shoes; and they are much better, more comfortable and more stable when walking.I will look into different designs of the same sort of thing but probably won't purchase these specific ones again.

Figured them out, finally.
I got my new inserts today and had a heck of a time trying to get all the pieces to fit properly. I didn't know if you're meant to peel off the plastic in between the pieces when you receive them but I did. This meant that I then had to put them back together and they didn't come with a picture. OK, it's not rocket science, you're thinking, and you're right, but logic told me that the longer heel piece should go at the bottom, ie. touching your inner sole. It would seem right because the rest of the pieces would rest on top of a larger base. After several tries I looked them up online (not the picture on this page because you can't see the pieces properly) and found out that the long heel part goes ON TOP of the other ones, which fit together perfectly then.I ended up putting an insole I already had on top of the whole thing, just to make it more comfortable and so they wouldn't slide around, which worked a treat. I'd recommend doing that if you have enough space inside your boot/shoe. You might also have to wear thinner socks for added space gain.I would recommend them. It feels great to be a bit taller.

Not very good
Well, when I received it from China, it was just a basic wedge of bubbly plastic with no real instructions. There`s a thick slab wedge with smaller slices of plastic. You fit the wedges into your shoe with the biggest one above, I guess. I have dock Martin boots so gave it a try.It was ok for about 10 minutes and it does raise one`s height a little, which is strange, but interesting on the balance. Not enough for anyone to notice.Problem comes after about walking any longer than that. Perhaps I step very hard or the plastic is just rubbish, but it continually moves in my boot. Sometimes it`ll slip down to the middle of my foot bottom, whjich is very uncomfortable and I have to stop to adjust it. Then it`ll do it again 10 minutes later. When talking a long walk this is especially annoying. It just doesn`t stay still as the separate layers of plastic start moving apart. On top of that the parts in contact start to fuse together getting hard to put back into place and afater a week or so of this, started to actually fall to bits.I mustered with it for 2 weeks and was glad when I finally took them out and chucked them in the bin. Rubbish. Might suit a light woman maybe, but not a heavy walking man. Avoid.

Not entirely sure..
I was expecting this product to at least come in a plastic bag or a box so was pretty disappointed to open the small jiffy bag and have random bits of silicone all rammed into it. The things I got don't actually look at all like the picture. In the picture it looks like there is black on them. Not sure how they are going to fit together and don't have much time before they are needed to source them from elsewhere. I probably wouldn't recommend these, cheap scraps of silicone.I know they came from overseas but its a bit of a pain waiting 3 weeks for delivery of an item.

Great heel shoe insert even for you guys out there
Purchased these as i have a leg length difference on my left side. They have adjustable lifts so you can choose how much of a lift you need.I am a rather heavy guy and these were super comfortable and easy to pop into my shoe. After a couple of months i noticed that the jelly does give in a little bit but this is to be expected.overall a very good product and does exactly what it says on the tin.My podiatrist was even surprised at thier quality.

Cheap and cheerful does the job
Cheap, sticky, tears easily not as good as image. However, when they are in the shoes they are great.
