I just had to say somthing, since reading this book i have been telling everyone i meet about it, and practising the techniques especially the self talk interupt process. If i didnt learn anything else from this book it would of been money well spent. reading this book has opened a new world for me to discover i am no longer the the trapped wasp crashing into the window time and time again those who have read the book already will know what i mean.
