The first evening I used it I actually got a good nights sleep. The next morning my pain had decreased significantly. So I took it off to see if really made a difference, after about fifteen minutes my pain came back, I put it back on and to my surprise the pain once again decreased significantly. Definitely amazing, just make sure you put it on properly. Definitely a great product for sciatica pain. Rather than going straight to my doctor, I decided to try this hip belt and I’m SO glad that I did! It has made a huge difference, and I’m not much pain now when I bend at the waist. One of the things I like most is that it’s very comfortable and so easy to put on and take off. Also, the Velcro straps make it simple to adjust tension. Another plus! :)The reason that I didn’t give this 5 stars is that the belt hugs me so tight that I sweat underneath it. But that’s minor.
