Not for me, but seller returned without issue:)
Personally found these very shut in, with a few nasty peaks in the upper mid. Perhaps just my ears as many love them, seller refunded without issue so give them a go:)

Great looking and sounding IEMs
Great looking and sounding IEMs. Unfortunately the connection from the detachable cable to the left earphone became loose and the sound started cutting out. Returned for a refund.

Hands down the best sounding in-ears I've ever heard.
I bought these from HiFiHeadphones direct rather than on Amazon (although they are the actual seller on here). So consider this a 'semi-verified' purchase ;)THE SHORT VERSION : Buy these now before they sell out as they are hands down the single best IEM I've ever heard at any price point! I genuinely can't fault them, and that has never happened to me in about 25 years of buying in-ears (or maybe 15 years of headphones and 10 years of in-ears as I don't think they even existed 25yrs ago - now I feel old!).THE LONG VERSION...I was a little nervous about spending this much on something I couldn't return, even though the reviews online have all been great as I've bought a fair few sets of hybrids in the past that have had great reviews but were pretty much terrible for my tastes; I'm about as far away as you can get from a 'neutral' sounding fan as you can get!I'm a drum and bass head, so i struggle to find deep bassy phones that can also keep up with crazy multi layered drums and clear vocals, finding that perfect balance of deep and bassy, whilst still being clear and bright.However...Straight out of the box and with the smallest Blackbird foam tips (also bought from here and are great!), these are KILLER!! Infinitely better than the Fiio R9 Pros (or at least for my personal preference) I bought but recently returned.Great definition, separation and clarity but with a really rich and warm sound, and great bass (not gut-renchingly deep sub bass - although I have my HD770 Pros for that, but I'll break them in a bit and give them a thrash on the X10 with bass boosted to see what they're like) - but still more than ample for all but the gutsiest of drops.I'm really surprised just how close these are to my perfection in terms of sound. So many hybrids I'd tried just don't have that warmth to them and sound almost a little too cold and analytical, and loose that punch and richness of the lower end. These have it in bucketloads - yet somehow still remain crystal clear and sharp with seperation, yet still with a killer bottom end and richness all round.IN LOVE with these little beauties. Tried them briefly out of both my phone and the little Shanling MO which arrived arrived and they blew me away on just mp3s. So when I've burnt them in and play some decent quality tracks through one of my dac/amps they'll be even better. In short these I think will work for any musical taste. Based on all the reviews on Head-Fi and everywhere else I've been reading there's not a single person who has anything bad to say, despite everyone's different idea of 'ideal' sound signature.I think I've gushed on about these for way too long, but I genuinely think I've finally found the perfect sounding headphones for me which is a HUGE deal. Oh, and none of that even includes the killer metal build quality of the units as well as the lush mocha colorway - probably not everyones taste but I though it was something a little different to the usual black. I'd love to see these in the raw silver aluminium finish as well. All in though, if you're on the fence about these and not sure if you should press that buy button, DO IT! These are genuinely the deal of the damn century, you can 100% rely on the glowing reviews all over the net for these.
