For the price it's not too bad. Had everything as described with preloaded games which was a nice feature I was looking for it's was for my 3 year old grandaughter. Unfortunately, as inexpensive as device was turned out to be defective..worked when 1rst turned it on, when grandaughter tried to play a game it suddenly it went blank didn't come back on. Returned item requested money back. Purchased another one.

Not a good buy
I purchased this on 11/29/2018 and when it arrived 12/5/2018 I went through the set up on 12/6/2018, mind you I had bought another similar tablet. I set up the other tablet just fine ad when I went to set up this tablet it would not connect to WI-FI and kept saying "authentication failed" after 15 minutes of this...time t o return. Don't waste your money.

VAN NOT SET UP
More than likely will be sending this back. We have tried multiple times to set this up so that my grand daughter can use it and have been unsuccessful every time. I am going to try one more time and if I do not get it set up I will be sending it back. It should not be so Damn hard to set up a CHILDS TABLET. This was one of her birthday presents and as of today she has not been able to enjoy.

Piece of junk ! Bought for my daughter and they tried to cram this thing so full of factory apps that it can't run anything its like buying a phone that's 5 years old and full of years of someone's stuff! Fell down 3 wooden steps screen stopped working 2 months after purchase

The power button broke off and you could take a pair of tweezers and pull it apart. Not recommended it

horrible, terrible, horrendous thing ... i threw it in the trash .. bad connection .. hangs all the time ... i couldn't use it ... it was so horrible

Not happy
Unfortunately I bought two of these for two grankids. The tablet doesn't seem to even have enough on board memory to launch preloaded kids mode app.
