I absolutely love this massager! It’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever used. The quality is top notch, it feels really well made and durable. The combination of heat and pressure is perfect, making it incredibly relaxing and effective at working out tension. One of my favorite things about it is that it's cordless, which makes it so much easier to use anywhere without being tied to an outlet. Plus, the fact that it’s rechargeable is a huge bonus, no more dealing with annoying batteries or constantly being plugged in. Overall, it's just super convenient and delivers a great massage experience every time.

Very easy to set up, and battery charges very quickly. It provides mild and strong massaging or several more levels to choose from. The heat is moderate and it can be used with or without it. The strongest mode is tighter if you have heavy hands, it's made with really high quality materials and i hope it will last longer, so far so good.

I bought this for my dad's hand cramps, but sadly it can't be used with a pacemaker. I tried it out and loved it! After 2 sessions my "cell phone" thumb didn't hurt anymore. It's a VERY warm and relaxing massage, but I couldn't justify paying more than $35 or $40 so I had to return it.

My wife loves it! She has small hands, and the unit fits her perfectly. She plays tennis and has a touch of arthritis. I have bigger hands (not too big, I can palm a softball, but can barely palm a volleyball), and the unit fits a little tight, yet I still can use it. During the cycle, the pressure gets a little strong at times for me, but it is never painful. The most important thing is that our hands feel great afterwards. Pain is gone for several hours (I have found myself falling asleep right after using it because of the relief I experience), range of motion is significantly improved. I have carpal from computer keyboard/mouse, and cellphone use, and from playing guitar, piano, and percussion. We both use it at the lowest settings, the one when it powers on. The cycle is about 20 minutes long. I like the portability of the unit. Sometimes, I walk around the house when I am using it, by keeping it pointing upwards, if I do not have a flat surface nearby, and doing things with my free hand. We have not tried the heat settings yet. Customer service/after-sales team is excellent. Got in touch with us to address a problem with our first unit, and it was resolved without hesitation. They are really behind their product.

The media could not be loaded. So I have to say that my Cincom Massager came super fast like the next day! Anyways,I have bad hand pain from where I work construction everyday. My hands swell in the mornings, hard for me to open up bottles first thing in the mornings, general pain all day. I’ve been using this for the last 3 days 2 times a day. Once after I get home from work, then before I go to bed and I have been able to tell a very substantial difference In The function of my hands.It has 3 modes white for a lighter pressure and heat, pink for moderate, and blue for heavy pressure. I let it run the full 20 minute session on each hand. I can feel where the air bags pushing my pressure points and love how this gets my whole hand and all my fingers. I’ve been wanting to get one of these ever since they have came out and I finally was able to get this one and I can’t be more happy with the results. It’s so so relaxing and it helps relive the pain almost immediately. It comes with a pamphlet which you should read so you know how to operate and get the full use out the features it offers. It’s worth the $70 I feel like, I love this machine and it’s helped me so much already! My next purchase will be the pressure cuffs for my legs! Get this if you have arthritis, hand pain, or just in general it makes a big difference for me and I know it will for you!FYI:: don’t wear jewelry when using this could hurt yourself or damage the air bags.

This product works really well. There are a few different settings for the intensity of pressure you are looking for. Very easy to use right out of the package. And although I was missing an item in the shipment, the company immediately remedied that after contacting them directly. It was very quick and they were quite helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Nice machine, however I have RA, my right hand is a big problem, however this machine just doesn’t hit the spots I need, to massage my fingers and hand.

I got this for my mother who said her hand has been hurting for the last few months. She's always baking and typing for work. We'll she loves it. She looks forward to using it after work. She also says it helps with healing and allowing her to perform better.
