Review: Good latch - It has a locksmith, so I need latches, all the time, this one here did a good job for what I needed it for
Review: Seems very well-made and it works - I purchased this for an old digital fingerprint lock, and it works better than the original which I cannot buy anymore. It fit perfectly, has a very smooth action and for the money I don’t think you can go wrong. None of the hardware stores, big box and small box locations, sell these individual parts anymore, they want you to buy a complete lock set and that’s not going to happen. I’m going to buy another as a spare because this is the second time in about 15 years I’ve had to replace this part for this lock that I love.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy Install Fit and Well and WORKED
*by F***. on May 1, 2024*

Two of my Gate House exterior door latch assemblies have the little "secondary latch tab" broken and the door doesn't pull/seal tight. This replacement appears not quite as well as made as the original but it was easy to install and fit and functions perfectly. Time will tell if it holds up. I was glad these work as I have Gate House door hardware and they are out of business and was pleased this worked with them in the 2 3/8" position. I am buying two more one to replace another that has the same issue and one as a spare.
