For the Smooth Man!
This seems to be an excellent product, leaving the skin smooth with any soreness. Very reasonably priced as I find I use very little at a time so it should go a long way. Does not appear to contain any unpleasant chemicals. The two tubes I ordered arrived very quickly and before the posted date.

Love it for being plant-based but unfortunately it doesn’t make for a good close shave. Doesn't lather up well and my blade seems to glide too easily without getting the closeness I desire.

Absolutely great product. I've used usual so called sensitive shaving gels and foams in the past and it wasn't until I started using primal earth I realised you don't have to be covered in shaving rash.

Smooth Shave
I've been using this product for around a year now and I think it's excellent. It's free from a lot of nasty chemicals - SLS etc and it lubricates my skin very well and allows me a close shave. I use only about a pea-sized blob at a time and rub it between my palms before applying to the face. It does not produce a lot of lather but that does not matter to me as the Aloe Vera (I think) allows the razor to glide very easily across my face. It also smells good. I can also recommend the Primal Earth moisturisers - they too are excellent!

Not quite up to scratch
Have mixed feelings about this product, despite the mostly positive reviews. Like most searching for this sort of product, I too was looking for a chemical-free shaving product. Having used it for a month or so, I can honestly say it isn't up to scratch. I have sensitive skin and use good quality razors (Gillette Blue II), and have experienced razor-burn fairly consistently since switching. This is a cream - not a foam or gel. It;s consistency is quite thick and 'gloopy'. Looking at the directions, the key is to wet your skin before application, yet no matter what I do I cannot get a sufficient lather to ensure a smooth razor glide. At £10 odd a bottle, it's simply not a good investment, so I cannot recommend (as much a I wanted to).

MY HUBBY'S BEST SHAVE EVER
MY HUSBAND HAS VERY SENSITVE SKIN AND IT HAS BEEN A PROCESS OVER MANY YEARS AND TRYING MANY PRODUCTS THAT HE COULD SHAVE WITH WITHOUT A BAD REACTION TO HIS SKIN, SO VERY GRATEFUL TO HAVE AN EFFECTIVE SMOOTH SHAVE WITH NO SKIN PROBLEMS TO FOLLOW. SCENT IS VERY MILD BUT THAT IS NO PROBLEM.

Nice ingredients but no scent
Expensive for what it is. This product had a poor scent and didn't lather well.It would've been nice to see it in an enviromentally tub or tube; something like an aluminium pot for example.
