I have three Toucan security camaras installed above three different storage sheds in my rural property.I am generally satisfied with the quality of the camera. The video quality is good, the light is strong, and the coverage is good. I do have couple of issues with the camera.(1) Network connectivity issue: My area gets frequent power outages. After the power is restored, the camera often fails to reconnect to the network and becomes "offline". I have security cameras from two other brands, and they never fail to reconnect after the power is restored. Resetting the router doesn't fix the issue. The only way to fix it is to reset the camera. It seems like if the cameras are up before the router is ready, the connections fail. (2) Cannot reset the camera remotely: I have to go out to each shed and physically unplug/plug the power adapter from the outlet to reset the camera. There is no option to reset it in the app. It is even more problematic if you need to change the network on the camera for some reasons. You have to physically get in touch with the camera and press the "set" button for 9~10 seconds in order to change the network. And my cameras installed 20 ft above the ground! I think this is the most critical flaw with the camera when combined with the connectivity issue. Otherwise, I would recommend this camera to anyone.
