**Q: Does this read iso or shutter speed for photography**
A: I think technically you can do it but require some calculations or use some charts. Assuming the meter is fairly accurate and you can use it but I have not tried it myself. You may find a lot of information on equations and charts from "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exposure_value". Hope my two cents is useful and good luck to you.

**Q: Does the sensor head rotate 180 degrees?**
A: I was able to unscrew the head and turn it around. (a hole needs to be drilled for the new position) I almost broke the unit but was able to reassemble it correctly. 
Make sure that the wire is not jammed during the assembly. After the hassle, with the modification, the unit works fine.

**Q: There seems to be a lot confusion about measuring lumens....does it measure lumens?**
A: Yes it measures lumens which is the brightness of the light. Kelvin is color of the light spectrum. A Led bulb might say 870 lumens at 3000K, the lumens is the brightness and the K stands for color spectrum. I hope this helped.

**Q: Can this trigger a flash strobe?**
A: No ,it can't trigger a flash strobe .

It works fine for measuring intensity. I think it's hilarious, however, that it measures thermal temperature instead of color temperature. I can almost seen the engineering meeting "Yeah, we want it to measure the color temperature." Engineer: "Huh? Color doesn't have a temperature? Well, temperature is temperature, and we can put in another sensor easily enough..." Final design review: "Did you test the color temperature measurement?" ... "Of course! It measures within 0.2 Degrees!" ... "Wow. Not many of our competitors can do 0.2 degrees. OK, let's make 20,000 of them." ... And then, weeks later, the team proudly presents the first article to the sales team, who replies: "What on Earth is this!?! It was supposed _color_ temperature! Do you even know what that is? You're smart guys, right?" Somebody FINALLY looks up what "Color temperature" is: "Oh poop. Well, now we have 20,000 of them. Too late to change now."
