Sanku 2018 New Generation Car Snow Tire Chains ! Fit for Car/SUV/Truck Tire Width 215mm-285mm,Set of 8

We drove our 2 wheel drive Ford F-150 to Steamboat Springs over Thanksgiving from Texas. When we got to rabbit ear pass it was a blizzard so we pulled over to put on the chains. We had the chains on for literally 10 minutes then pulled over to take them off for the road was dry once around the turn. 2 of the chains were broken, and at that time my review was going to be 1 star. The plastic buckle broke and straps were frayed. Then Saturday the snow came again and we drove thru a blizzard from Steamboat to Avon. The truck was sliding all over the place so we pulled over and gave the chains another try. We made to Avon and the chains saved our lives. We didn’t skid, nor had any problems what so ever so my final review is 4 stars. The company already sent us a new set of replacement chains so they get 5 stars for customer service. The chains are easy to install. Read instructions carefully and go the recommended speed. The device in the box used to install the chains could be a foot longer, and the straps need to be more durable. We will keep the chains, since we live in Texas, and will use them again on our travels to Colorado.

well we had arround 10 inch of snow and with my Kia sportage 2018 all season tiers i was stuck just 100 meter away of my house so i had to use those snow chain and it was easy to fit them but the chain quality is bad . But they managed to arrive me home

Good product to try

While the design is very advantageous, the materials used are a complete failure. When you actually use these, the pavement grinds them down very fast causing catastrophic failure. Out of the set of 8, only 1 "survived" a short 50 yard attempt to climb a mild incline as we tried to get home. Had to buy some real cable chains which worked as desired.If these were made of quality materials like a real snow chain, they would be very nice. Also need 5 per wheel not 4.

Don't waste you money. I bought this for my wife thought it would be easier for to put on. The ratchets do not hold the chain in place when used it then mangles the ratchet. There are plastic parts these came apart in the snow ice we only used them one actual time. Two of the six were mangeled the others that stayed in place had broken plastic at the base. Don't risk your life depending on these.

Ok pursed last year in Jan but just used for the first time Dec 27 2019 and they broke I need to return them for a refund. So I think they are built very cheap. Used them one time and three of them broke

Used these chains 1 time for less than 1.5 hour, constantly unloosened, had to stop multiple times to tighten, at least 4 broke. Started with 4 on each back tire, ended with 2.
