HiBiotin® High Dose Biotin 100 X 100mg Capsules

I first became aware of High Dose Biotin because of MS research. I was diagnosed with relapsing-remitting MS in 1996. I have used avonex, tysabri and gilenyia. The worst of my MS is fatigue, balance, vertigo and bad judgement. When I looked into biotin I became aware that since birth I have had a very rare, server biotin deficiency. My pediatrician in 1954 did not know how to label my extreme dry skin; my hair was soft, fine and full. My skin was scratchy, scaling, rough and flaking. My mother started using oils and heavy lotions on me, which I continued into my teens and adulthood.One year ago December 2017, I started using 300MG of biotin and immediately my scratching stopped. I am a very cautious person when trying new things, sometimes if something goes wrong it’s difficult to go back. I slowly increased the dosage as my skin improved, after a year I am taking 1200MG a day, 12 capsules in the morning with my other daily meds. If I take them at night I have trouble with sleep. I tried taking them twice or three times a day but it made no difference, so I take them all at once, just easier. I have tried other brands one had an aftertaste, one had a slight smell the other one was a larger capsule, all are more expensive. But all did work for my skin. Skips Pharmacy has always had quick delivery and after a year I recommend them very highly.My skin is soft for the first time in my life, I am comfortable. I have not had any side effects. Most of my body needs no lotion. I use oil free light lotion on my face and small amounts on other areas when needed. I could use more biotin for my skin but due to price I can’t go higher, with time I will have to cut back, no insurance covers this and my only income is SSI.I have probably lived with MS most of my life looking back I can see the flares, etc. IF BIOTIN CAN HELP MY SKIN, WHICH I NOW KNOW IT DOES, PERHAPS IT CAN HELP MY MYELIN.

Great product ! I was encouraged by my doctor to begin taking this supplement due to an autoimmune disease. I like that it does not have fillers that other brands have and look forward to the benefits it will provide.

Im taking it at the recommendation of my neurology dr for MS. Possible rebuilding of myelin lining of nerves This is the only place I can find this dosage

Recommended by my neurologist to take this product. Not sure if it does anything. I've been taking it for about a year. The price also changes too much.
