It should be + unless you got the wrong one. You can just look at the fine print to check.

Passing used goods as new

Sold as new, but came second hand, with no manufactures packaging. Loose items dropped into shipping bag and sent. Very poor! Very difficult for me to accept this was not a deliberate attempt to mislead me and hope I would just accept the second hand item once I received it.

These were sold as new but show clear signs of wear, marks, slight dents, didn't come in retail packaging with their paperwork and power cables. At the end of the day, I don't mind, they're just POE Injectors. I have tested them all, they work fine and don't need to be pretty, but they should have been represented better on the listing.
