Easy to install, set up worked fine first time. This is very small and hardly noticeable. Item was even delivered ahead of schedule. The only negative is that the mini CD does not fit in my PC as CD drive is vertical. not really an issue as I have other machines and put software on a USB stick to install. I am happy with my purchase. The only reason I can't rate tech support is because I didn't need it, that I suppose speaks for itself.

Excellent little device, bought to replace a failing wifi adapter in an ancient Win XP tablet. The early XP tablet OS can be quirky at times but it picked up this wifi dongle (fitted to the single USB1 port) instantly.The dongle protrudes by approximately 5mm when fitted, it gets a little bit warm in use but wifi comms through two brick walls is good and reliable.Conclusion, easy to install, reliable comms. I am happy to recommend this wifi dongle.

Like some other reviewers, I needed a new dongle after installing Linux. This one is excellent. It comes with a mini cd with drivers if you need them. It was plug & play on my pc. A very compact dongle with excellent speeds and a very good price.

I couldnt get wireless broadband to work on my HP-14-bp0xx laptop after changing from windows to Linux Lite so I popped this in and it worked a treat,no setting up required,worked first time.It has also got mini cds set up software if needed.

I use this in my pineapple nano, perfect for connecting to another WiFi source to provide devices connecting to my pineapple with internet connectivity. Easy to install and works well

Used on WinXP and WIN7 dont find WIFI networks, i can see the,m on my laptop running WIN10 and on my Android PhoneWhen trying to find additinal Info/Downloads specific for WINXP and WIN7, nothing found, the support site is total shambles

Una buona distro linux e questo dongle wifi sono tutto quello che bastano per ridare vita a un vecchio PC catorcio sistemato di sotto come muletto di servizio

lo conecté y se instalo automáticamente usando el sistema operativo de linux! no tuve que hacer nada, simplemente lo inserté y empezó a funcionar después de 2 minutos! trae un cd pequeño de instalación pero no tuve que usarlo! lo recomiendo!
