Good product but stopped working after about 3years

i bought this laser on the trip to Belarus. it made by proper factory which used to make best TV in the country. My friend, who use it for years for all sorts of things- even as little as runny nose, persuaded me to buy it. For year it was not in use, but in April of 2020 i tear the ankle ligament. Everyone knows that GP doctors in 2020 was on Olympus, so i had to deal with it myself. I used this laser for 2 weeks every month. the bruising gone in a few days, but to fix the ligament took about 5 month. In October i got ill.. Mild temperature, caught, weakness , short of breath. Only after 4-5 weeks of heavy caught and absolutely lost of strengths, a realised that this probably covid. I started to use laser for the chest. It cleared the chest in two sessions by 2 weeks each. I don't know what i would be do without. It perfectly works with British plug adapter. I have to mention - i got this reasonably cheaper.
