Very well made. One of my calf's is slightly larger than other because of fluid/varicose veins but still fits. I am only 12 stones but muscular build (worked out 37 years).Using it as another way to distract spine to help fix old prolapse spine injury but I understand you need to be hanging around 20 mins so spine muscles release/distract. Started at 1, and am up to 8 mins (after 5 days). I find after 4/5 mins discomfort in ankles dulls/numbs so should be achievable.Update: 4/9/16I felt 15 minutes was a good time for me in the end. Only took a week or so to work up to (eyes bulging and sinuses fill up but this lessens over time and experience and in any event, when returning to uprint position when conducting the exercise). I find it relatively essy now. Could do more but that felt about right for a daily regime.I had a week without it during the summer and my back was pretty good. Being able to sleep in other beds and stand for long periods. When I got home I did need to get back to it though. It took about a week again before my back was as good as it was before I went on holiday.When hanging upside down I do some twisting motions to help increase mobility in spin. I also do some of those twists holding a 10kg medicine ball to increase the distraction. I then go on to do deep tissue massage in the lats and shoulders for longstanding shoulder injuries (too much working out!)...all whilst watching my favourite pad casts (no point in wasting time!).Important: I perform this in a proper squat rack so I am able to use the variable squat pins (supports) on tye sides to help pull myself up at the end of the stretch. Even if strong enough to perform cruches so as to be able to reach the pull up bar over which your hooks are engaged, if you have a bad back, after 15 mins of hanging it can be sensitive so you will need to pull yourself out of the hang carefully and the squat pins (or improvise) are excellent for this. When you stand upright though, your back fees great and if performed daily, it lasts.Excellent product.

Great secure boots and comfortable only thing is the hooks are very sharp no matter how gentle you hook your feet onto a bar they mark it. Iv wrapped them with tape so perfect now but could of been incorporated into the design.

They do exactly what you would expect them to do from the description,they suspend you upside down.. by your feet.It was a bit daunting using them for the first time but they worked very well.I bought these to give my back relief from a herniated disc injury, it felt good taking the weight off of my spine for a while.Now any time my back twinges I don my antigrav boots and hang to relieve it.Well constructed, robust and comfy, and all for a fair price.Bit heavy to lift with legs to begin with whilst wearing them but I imagine you will get used to that.Bear in mind that you have pull your body up to get yourself unhooked.Very happy with this purchase, thanks Senshi.

Have them for months now, no issues at all.They're sturdy and comfortable, holding my 95kg with no issues.Some people complain about it being uncomfortable, but that's just the pressure on your feet from your whole weight pulling on them. The foam itself does the job and does it well.Great product for the price.

Not great comfort wise - you need to hook your feet over and use your foot stregth so avoid slipping. Also arrived with a tear in the sponge. Didn't get the best of service when contacting the seller about this...seller just said they didn't post them like that.

Bought this product, a little bit small around my ankles but could fit at a squeeze. One of the clips broke due to being a bit tight. I e mailed the suppliers (Senshi Japan) and asked were they covered under warranty. I sent a picture to show the broken clip and I was told that they were not covered as I had bought them at a discount.It wasn't a safety issue as I don't think that the clip would have broken when I was hanging, but still was a bit shocked to hear they were not covered. I had them six months. I bought them in Oct 2017 and reported the broken clip in march 2018. I would recommend the product as it did what it was supposed to. The way it was designed it wouldn't have broken in place when it was closed but did so when I got down and opened the clip.I don't think that I'd go back to the suppliers. If it was me and I'd sold an anti gravity boot and someone brought to my attention a clip broke I'd deal with that one asap. I fixed the clip myself and am happy and I still use them but what if someone bought them and they could not fix the clip. Buy the product. It's fine just a little small for me. I just can't give it five stars due to experience with the suppliers

I have found these inversion boots to be superb. They are comfortable and give you confidence in them - one can simply relax whilst using them. I don't need to use my feet to hold in position - an apprehension having experienced this on other boots. I can't really fault these, I highly recommend them, particularly at the excellent price.

Pretty good boots. Only pair I've ever owned or used but very comfortable. Build quality is good. One of the boots catches when trying to clip them together and I have to give them a tap to sort it out but not really a problem.I weigh 9 stone and I haven't got big ankles but I feel secure in them even if my trousers start turning brown when I'm using them.
