Great, but develops balls of slime after opening, very gross.🤮 this is not sediment. I keep removing slime with a qtip before drinking or you would gag on the slime. Otherwise it really helps my cramps at night.i do get heartburn the next day. But it works.

I was somewhat skeptical about this preventing leg cramps but I can honestly say that it works great, just drink a cap full followed by a little water to lessen the taste of the vinegar and garlic just right at the time you start to feel a cramp coming on. And the muscle will not tense up. Absolutely amazing product..

Don't know why it works, but it does.
This treatment is magical. I'll get a leg cramp about once every two months, late at night. Take a swallow of this and the cramp is gone in a minute or two. Yea, it doesn't taste very good, but diluting it helps. I've recommended it to friends and it works for them also. This does not prevent cramps but resolves them.

I think it helps prevent, stop leg cramps
There is no way to know 100% if this products works. I do take it before bed at night. I believe it has some effect on my leg cramps, or may be the only source of relief. Since beginning my cramps are almost completely gone.

Really works!!
Could not believe that this mixture would work so well or be so quick. I get lots of hand and leg cramps while working and this stuff is great. I guess it is just the right mixture of trusted ingredients. Just use the cap to measure so it is super easy. I don't mind the taste, quite vinegary but ok.

If you're looking for a miracle...
This is a miracle in a bottle!!!!! I had a horrible cramp in my shin and foot. I drank 2 capsules full and in less than 5 minutes, the cramps stopped! I am amazed!
