I have used a TENS machine for years, but this is so much easier to use - no more sticky pads and wires. After a month of use it is GREAT! As we go caravanning every weekend, it is particularly good and once fully charged, it lasts a long, long time. Having had excessive hip and back pain for years, I find after a few sessions it realy does the job. Luckily a friend already had one that I tried, so I was not worried about spending so much money. I can assure people who suffer severe pain it is well worth the outlay. The handy strap attached also keeps the painsolve from being accidentally dropped.
