Watch is not to bad I liked the look and the watch itself I had to return it because the strap has broken after 2 hours of wearing it there are two plastic clips that hold together and one of them just broke in 2 hours not strong at all but watch is good i loved it till it broke

Doesn't work in Asian countries.
I ordered it to gift my relatives in India but for some reason, it doesn't work. It doesn't pick any network signal if any local sim put inside. I think these watches are network locked or some other problem. Can anybody tell me how to get this problem sorted please thanks

Not bad for the price
Very value for money but it's very hard to type on and you need a dedicated sim card in it to view photos go on Facebook and more. Although you can connect your phone to get notifications accept calls and text. And a sim to do other stuff

Disappointing, pin on strap as already broken after two months use.
My son loved it when he recieved the watch, but this morning on putting it on the pin attached to the strap as broke off. Only after four months use, very disappointed with this purchase.

Apps are not present and they will not download
I found it impossible to install any app. The screen says that the app (browser, facebook, etc.) is not installed and if I want to download it. I reply "yes" but nothing happens despite having connection both with bluetooth and with a credited sim card. I followed all the instructions that you read here or on the Internet (QR code, etc.) but NONE of them works. I am frustrated and thinking to return the item. Waste of time and money.

Adding SIM card or memory card
Not that good. Half to buy SIM card and memory card for texting and making phone callas on my one not sure if that happens on each one.

BAD QUALITY
I would give 4 stars however the metal pin for the strap had snapped in a week. The features are great but the build quality is terrible. What is the point of having a smart watch with good features but can't even stay on your wrist for a week. I do not recommend this product.
