Is this the lighter or more brown?** A: It is more of light tan. More of a natural color. **Q: What’s the length** A: about 10-11" **Q: Will this fit on the front of a women’s 26” mountain style bike?** A: It probably would be a good fit it’s a little smaller than others so it may be good for mountain bike handle bars **Q: How much weight will it carry 15lbs?** A: I believe the basket itself would. The basket seems to be of good quality although the leather straps less so (compared with the previous one that this was replacing). Only time will tell if the straps on this basket last. Double check your measurements so you know what size this is.
