Good value
These work great for getting to sleep. They don't last all night as they are quick dissolve rather than extended release. 10mg is a good dose; I've used 3mg and 5mg in the past but these work well.

Peaceful Rest
This item is definitely a winner. Easy to take and helps me wine down. They dissolve very easy. I haven’t experience any side effects but my sleep has improved significantly.

Pros: * Fast-dissolving tablets are easy to take * berry flavor is more pleasant than regular pills * helps me fall asleep faster * convenient for occasional use * free from a lot of common allergens Cons: * 10mg feels not so strong sometimes For me, it does what I need on those harder nights, but I wouldn’t take it every day. If you’re new to melatonin, starting lower probably makes more sense.
